  In State College, it's rare to find a rental company that actually cares about their residents. I've rented from five different companies in my four years here and Nevins is only one of two I'd recommend. Their properties are reasonably priced. Last year when we had an issue with a different rental company (Continental) would charge us outrageous amounts to fix issues from their end. Not with this company. They are very quick to resolve any issue you have. In fact, their staff has saved us several hundred dollars alerting us of code violations (cups on the lawn) before we were fined by the borough. As a four-year resident of Penn State, I'd highly recommend renting from Nevins.
