  I was a tenant for 3 years and the staff was always friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. For example, I couldn't get to the office during office hours before moving out my apartment and needed parking passes, and one of the staff members left them under my door. The Carlton building was always clean and maintenance responded quickly to any issues. When I first moved in, the apartment was in good condition with new hardwood floors. The bathroom could be updated/cleaned better upon moving in, but considering that they rent to college students and hearing other horror stories, it was in good condition. The staff always let me know if there was any maintenance that needed to be done or if they needed to show the apartment to possible leasers. Great place to rent from!
